More Formula Juniors 6

Well-known main event drivers often "Doubled up" by driving in the Formula Junior events as well.
 
SoCal pro Bob Drake took a break from his Ol' Yaller III duties and drove this Lotus Mk.18 for Tom O'Connor's Texas-based "Team Rosebud" in 1961.

Here he leads Walt Hansgen at Laguna Seca on Oct. 21-22, 1961.


 

Dave Ridenour sharpened his skills for his Lister-Jaguar main event drives in this identically painted BMC Mk.1 F-Jr.

Here he rounds Turn 3 at Santa Barbara on Sept. 2-3, 1961.
