Four Northern Californians are next:  Chuck Parsons in another 1600cc. Lotus Mk.23B leads Stan Peterson in the ex-Rod Carveth Lotus Mk.19-Buick.  Next is Bart Martin's Cooper-Chevy and Ed Leslie in yet another 1600cc. Lotus Mk.23B
