David Love -- 1958 Ferrari 250TR  "Testa Rossa"

Longtime historic racer David Love of Berkeley, CA, in his #9 Ferrari Testa Rossa won his event at the inaugural Monterey Historics in 1974.  Before that, he battled mid-engined competition in the fender-banging SCCA "A" Sports/racing class.  I hope he never quits!  In the 1970s Love and his wife, Mary-Hoe Love, also raced Porsche RSK 718/007.

Here he leads Bruce McCaw in the 1957 Ferrari 335S #0764 and Lou Sellyei, Jr. of Reno, NV's ex-Ecurie Ecosse 1955 D-Type Jaguar.
