Cameron Healy -- 1955 Cooper-Porsche

Cameron Healey of Portland OR, was awarded 26th place while "not running at finish" in his 1720cc. 1955 Cooper- Porsche. 

I wonder if this now Oregon-based car shares any Pacific Northwest history with Dennis Aker's Group 1B winner?   (Nope -- see below.  TM)
 

Historian Ron Cummings identifies this car:

"The silver Cooper-Porsche, I believe, is the famous east coast "Pooper" that was built up from a formula 3 car by Tippy Lipe:   #MK7553."
