David Love of Berkeley, CA, finished 15th in his 1958 2984cc. Ferrari 250TR.  Love has raced this car since the mid-60s, won his event at the very first Monterey Historics in 1974, and I hope he soldiers on forever.  Pursuing Love in Friday's practice session is Peter Giddings in his 1955 Maserati 300S.
