The "Port of Stockton" in 1962 was a combination of warehouses and swampland.  Our "Mystery Photographer" must have been up to his ankles in mucky goo to get this colorful shot.

Car #102 is Stockton resident Jack Woodard.  #275 is Miles Gupton, who later drove an RS Porsche and created the "Platypus" Special.
