Fraser Sibbald was a lesser-known Monterey Peninsula driver.  An older man in 1962, his racing history extended back to Pebble Beach and other early 1950s events. 

His car is a 750cc. Crosley-powered Class "H" Modified.   Is there any more knowledge "out there" amongst "H" Modified" enthusiasts regarding this car?
