The striking long-tailed 3200cc. 1980 Porsche 935J of William Connor finished 5th in the Group 7B event.  A specialized endurance racer, this turbocharged car was designed for the sustained high speeds of LeMans and Daytona.  It won the Daytona 24 hours in 1980 with the all-German trio of Reinhold Joest, Rolf Stommelen, and Volkert Merl driving.
