Archer, a Monterey Peninsula Pediatrician, has raced his great car for decades.  At last year's Historics, distributor drive problems led to the car "going out of time" and shooting great blasts of flame out its exhaust pipes.  Your webmaster missed shooting this classic moment because he only had two batteries for the FZ20.  This year he had four -- and needed all of them.
