Furlow finished 11th in his 4920cc. Chrysler Hemi powered, Byers-bodied 1954 Kurtis 500KK.  He leads Bruce Lustman's 4101cc. 1952 Ferrari through Turn 5; Lustman finished 15th.

Your webmaster has always enjoyed shooting at Turn 5 as it has good light through most of the day.  Also, the cars bunch up well here and some of them (like Furlow here) powerslide through at aggressive angles.
