Vaillant to those of us in America who have never heard of him:
"Michel Vaillant is indeed
a fictional character, a race car driver who started his career in the
late fifties and who is still going strong today. Here are some of
the pages featuring the Cheetah. In this particular story there is a fictional
American team called THE TEXAS DRIVERS and they use a Cheetah, Bocar and
Scarab. That's how I discovered these cars as a teenager in the sixties!"
