races his 427 Cobra at the Monterey Historic car races at Laguna Seca and elsewhere.  Previously, he competed in motorcycle events as an entrant, and before that as a rider.

He's an M.D. and is involved in advanced safety research for the U.S. Air Force, and for motorcycle and auto- mobile racing use.

He lives in Carmel Valley with his wife, Kim, and son Shreve Jr.

Mac inspired me to create this website during a conversation we had at the "Wine Country Classics" historic races at Sears Point Raceway in May, 2000.
